These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of dressovly.com (the “Site”) and your purchases from Dressovly. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products and pricing

We do our best to display our products and prices accurately. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Prices are shown in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change prices at any time before your order is accepted.

Orders

Once you place an order you'll receive a confirmation email. This confirms that we've received your order; a contract is formed when we dispatch your items. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if an item is out of stock or if we suspect fraud.

Payment

We accept credit and debit cards and PayPal. We do not accept MB Way. Payments are processed securely, and your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.

Shipping and delivery

We ship worldwide, typically within 7–11 business days, plus 1–3 business days for preparation. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Please see our FAQ for full shipping details.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos and designs — is owned by Dressovly or its licensors and may not be used without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dressovly is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
