Where we deliver

We deliver to customers all over the world. Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times

Orders are typically delivered within 7–11 business days. Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch your order. During sales or for pre-order items, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping costs

Enjoy free shipping on orders over €80. For orders below €80, the shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination.

Order tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. Please check your spam folder and make sure your email address is correct. You can then follow your parcel using the tracking number on the carrier's website.

Delayed orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, the whole order ships together once everything is ready. If your order has already shipped, please follow your tracking link. Still concerned? Email us at heretohelp@dressovly.com with your order number (it starts with #).

Customs and duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout.
